The Exchange Product will be Delivered within 15-18 Working Days
Exchange request need to be within 2 Working days of the delivery of product

All Exchange items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
For any special Deals/Offers/Sale the Refund & Exchange policy might not be applicable or may be changed. Please read Sale/Deal/Offer details carefully before placing your order as in some cases the refund and exchange services might not be available.
Kindly make sure you check the packaging before accepting any orders and make a clear video while unboxing for claiming any wrong shipments.

Any Exchange item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Urbanlooks only offer the refund amount in the Urbanlook wallet which can be used anytime on Urbanlook.in
Also Note Any Extra Charge paid for Urgent/Faster Delivery is non-Refundable
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
In case of orders where reverse pickup may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to URBAN EMPIRE . In this case, no deductions would apply and the customer shall get the full refund.This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
